The Kinetic Drive team includes technologists (affectionately referred to as our Kinetic Geeks, our founder is one of them) that have a passion for baseball, softball, performance improvement and developing goal-oriented approaches alongside the athlete, instructors, coaches and training facilities using guidelines, best practices and the best technologies available in the market today.

1. A shifting of quantity to quality.
   • In sports it is a well-known secret that quantity does not result in quality. Quantity of improper mechanics and training approaches often result and lead to injury.
