Individual Lessons: Each athlete will have the opportunity to schedule a 1-on-1 lesson between small group training sessions. These private sessions will give your athlete a more personalized style of training where specific needs can be met.
Performance Improvement: Scheduled between small group training sessions. These performance improvement sessions will put your athlete back into their respective small groups, except now the focus will be on getting them stronger, faster & moving better.
At Home Drills: Each week your athlete will receive at home drills designed to get them better. Whether it is hitting, fielding, throwing or otherwise, these drills will be selected based on what our instructors see during all three training sessions.
Performance Improvement:
Coach Zach Adams will lead all performance improvement sessions.
Individual Lessons:
All softball players will schedule lessons with coach Tiffany Penley & all baseball players will schedule lessons with coach Zach Adams.
Ages 7-8: This age group will include five 2-hour small group training sessions, three 60-minute individual lessons & four 1-hour performance improvement training sessions.
Ages 9-11: This age group will include five 2-hour small group training sessions, three 60-minute individual lessons & four 1-hour performance improvement training sessions.
