The athletes pictured below are officially three weeks into the eight week Kinetic Drive VELO program and are seeing great results, but that is no surprise. These guys have been showing up three days a week and are giving it their all each and every time! Each of them has shown an understanding that in order to throw hard, their body has to be able to repeatedly withstand the stress the throwing motion places upon it. They are achieving this not only by strengthening their arms, but by putting in the work to strengthen their entire bodies.

In the picture above, all of the Kinetic Drive VELO Program athletes are training to be able to move in fast, explosive movements. As well as receiving detailed instruction so that they are able to do so in a safe and responsible manner.
These athletes understand that in order for them to increase their velocity, they not only need to be able to move faster, but they have to be able to safely slow themselves back down. This can only be achieved through hard work in the weight room; with proper instruction, of course.

With these athletes ranging in age from eighteen to ten years old, it is imperative that the older group demonstrates what a proper Kinetic Drive work ethic looks like, and they could not be doing a better job. By going through this program alongside the older athletes, those that are younger have been able to mirror the intensity that the older athletes bring everyday and convert that into velocity gains.
