Fundamentals of Pitching is designed to help pitchers become season-ready by working out mechanical problems, improving pitch location, and how to feel confident when stepping on the mound.

Our technology will help provide accurate data that shows improvement when working with spin direction, spin rate, and release velocity. Pitchers will be working on simple mechanical work such as: clean arm action, a strong/stable core, learning to use our legs correctly, proper body alignment, and more.

Cost: $25/Day or $85/4-Day Pass

Instructors will be using today’s best tools to help pitchers see there pitching motion, throwing velocity, spin rate and more while learning from Kinetic Drive certified instructors.
