There is no better feeling for an athlete than getting a big hit in a big game, but this is not as easy as it sounds. The bigger the stage, the more emotions an athlete will be subject to, and not everyone will be able to handle this pressure. In order to be able to consistently perform in these big spots, one must possess an unwavering level of confidence in their abilities. Achieving this level of confidence is no easy task. In order for an athlete to do this they must be extraordinarily determined, and be willing to outwork their peers in order to achieve their goals. Thankfully, the athletes of Kinetic Drive SMASH exhibit both of these attributes.

This group, consisting of 8 baseball players and 2 softball players, have shown an excellent understanding of what it takes to excel in their domains. Our older athletes have done a great job of paving the way, and setting an example of what a proper Kinetic Drive work ethic should look like. The younger athletes in this group have taken to this leadership in such a way, that the sky may be the limit for them moving forward. Our softball athletes are not to be outdone either; we have been so impressed as to how these athletes have approached this slightly unfamiliar setting. They have not only fit right in with this competitive group, but they are two of the hardest workers in the program.

We have asked both the baseball and softball athletes of Kinetic Drive SMASH the same four questions: [How does your swing feel different?], [What have you learned?], [What exercise has helped you the most?], and [How is this program preparing you for your upcoming season?]. With some of their answers down below, we could not be prouder of the level of understanding they are beginning to exhibit in regards to their swing! When these athletes are done with this program, it will be safe to say that they will be beyond ready to get numerous big hits in numerous big games!
