A baseball/softball season can put you through a rollercoaster of emotions. One week your hitting may be the best it has ever been, and then the next week you may go hitless. Baseball/softball is an extremely difficult game, and staying consistent throughout an entire season may feel impossible. Luckily, there are ways to help with this.

Receiving in-season lessons is an excellent way to to come out of a slump, or to stay away from them entirely. Signing up for lessons when you find yourself in a slump will undoubtedly help you get out of it, but signing up for lessons with the purpose of avoiding slumps would be a great way to ensure an enjoyable season. Pursuing additional training throughout the season not only helps you to maintain your fundamentals, and stay away from bad habits, but depending on the type of training, you can also increase your strength and explosiveness.

In-Season Player Development Programs are slightly more in-depth than traditional lessons. These programs provide athletes with a weekly training regimen, designed to improve their hitting, throwing, fielding, and overall performance. Kinetic Drive’s Player Development Program will be professionally designed by our licensed staff. With training experience ranging from the professional level all the way down to youth sports, our staff will be able to build a program that is specifically tailored to your needs.
