Pictured below are the athletes of The Kinetic Drive Softball VELO Program. These girls are giving a new meaning to the term “hard workers”. They consistently give one hundred and ten percent every time they step into the facility! Four weeks into The Kinetic Drive Softball VELO Program and their numbers have been ramping up; every single one of them have been getting stronger and faster week in and week out.

Instructors: Isaac Massey, and Tiffany Penley
Athletes: Elise, Addi, Christina, and Darrah

In the picture above, the Kinetic Drive Softball VELO positional athletes, Elise, Darrah and Christina, are completing their post-throwing arm care routine, while Addi, the sole pitcher of the group, is finishing up her arm-strengthening drills.
Elise and Darrah are getting ready to compete in a pro-agility drill, while Addi prepares for her turn. With how close and competitive this group is, they have thrived in any type of competition based drill we have thrown their way.

This group has grown extremely close over the past four weeks. This has not only helped them to push each other closer to their goals, but the added competition has helped them raise those goals even higher. This close-knit group has already progressed a great deal and we cannot wait to see how much further they manage to improve in the four weeks to come.
