This three-week Instructional Program is perfect for all ballplayers Youth (ages 6-14) and High School (ages 14-18). These nine instructor-led sessions are for players to improve their arm strength safely and learn how to take care of your arm Before, During and After throwing. Assessments will be taken at the beginning and end of this class to track arm strength progression.

The question is always asked, “Will I throw harder?”. All of our athletes
who have participated have spoken about a noticeable arm strength increase and witnessed an increase of 2-4 MPH in just 3 weeks! Velocity, however, is not the goal during this class; building the strongest arm we can during our time frame is our main focus. Arm strength breeds success that will allow for higher velocities, spin rates, and distances over time.

Baseball is an evolving sport and the art of throwing is changing. The art of throwing is not exclusive to pitchers. All position players benefit from improving arm strength and learning how to THROW HARD.

If we look at the MLB level there have never been more athletes throwing 95+ MPH as there are now. It is true that there are gifted athletes (albeit few) who are able to throw at this velocity without instruction. For the other 99% of ballplayers it is key to start building arm strength as early as possible in order to attain this type of goal.

In this class, players will learn how to properly go through a band routine, how to ‘listen to their arm’, and post-throwing drills that help negate the wear and tear from throwing. All of our athletes who have participated have spoken about a noticeable arm strength increase and witnessed an increase of 2-4 MPH in just 3 weeks! Velocity, however, is not the goal during this class; building the strongest arm we can during our time frame is our main focus.
