Foundations of Hitting/Throwing:

For our younger athletes we have a Foundations of Hitting clinic, and a Foundations of Throwing clinic coming up in both February and March. This will be held on February 19th and 26th and March 19th and 26th, and will be split into groups of 6-8 and 9-12. If you think your child has the potential, but lacks the basic understanding of proper hitting and throwing techniques then this is the program for you.

KD SMASH:

This hitting program, starting on February 14th, will be tailored specifically towards increasing exit velocity off of the bat. If you feel like you are consistently barrelling up the ball, but are not getting the power that you are capable of, then this program is exactly what you are looking for.

In-Season PDP:

During your school season do you feel like you need more quality reps and structured instruction, but with a team full of players your coach cannot give that to you? Look no further than the Kinetic Drive In-Season PDP program. This program will not only allow you to receive extra reps during the season, but improve your hitting, throwing and fielding mechanics as well.

YMCA Parents’ Night Out Camp:

An opportunity to have fun, while still being involved with baseball, is coming up at The Stowe Family YMCA. This will be held on the 19th of both February and March, at 2-4 pm. For a small additional fee you will be able to sign up for the YMCA’s Parents’ Night Out, which will begin directly after.

Performance Training Small Group:

If you are looking for a chance to get stronger in a way that will directly benefit your performance on the field, then Kinetic Drive’s Performance Training Small Group is exactly what you are looking for. This program will be led by ex-MLB Strength and Conditioning coach Cody Clark, and will give you a one of a kind opportunity to gain both speed and power, which will directly transfer over to the field.

Open Cages:

An interesting opportunity to be able to use Hit-Trax, without signing up for any type of program, will become available in the near future. If you enjoy taking batting practice on a field, but hate having to spend thirty minutes picking up balls after each round, then this is for you. With Hit-Trax you will be able to experience that on-field batting practice without all of the unwanted hassle that accompanies it.
